Methods close immediately after opening on Android browser #2

Touch a method to open it, it will animate open, and then immediately animate closed. To open a method, and keep it open, one has to use the Toggle all methods option in the upper right.

Fix it so that on touch the method will open, and stay open. On touch again, it will then close.

May be an issue on older mobile browsers, doesn't seem to be a problem on an up to date Nexus 4.
