When orientation markers are available, it would be extremely useful from a workflow perspective if bCNC popped up a "Orientation markers are set. Would you like to orient this file?" dialog when loading a file.
Reason being, if you're working on the back side of a project (PCB, etc), once you've calculated your markers there is almost no scenario where you don't want every loaded file oriented, and forgetting to orient even a single file will usually result in a scrapped part.
