Here are my instructions. It was really hard for me to get this working. I was unable to successfully follow any of your various installation instructions for Ubuntu 18.04.

So, I think it would be really helpful if you linked to my instructions in your main readme: How to use "openconnect" (via the openconnect-sso wrapper) with SAML and Duo two-factor authentication via Okta Single-Sign-on (SSO)

More people struggling to install--indicating that updating the installation instructions by linking to mine would be a good idea: How to install openconnect-sso on Ubuntu 21.04
