Relax structlog version constraints #67

Versions are year-based with a strict backward compatibility policy.

This would help alot. It doesn't make sense to pin down a version that has no semantics to it and is plainly year based.

In the meantime, I've added a similar patch to the openconnect-sso AUR package, because it was broken without it.
