update pyxdg #85

pyxdg v0.28 was released this week, and Arch Linux is now using it.

Is there a workaround how to get this working while waiting for the release? Tried the pipx version also but there was some other issue with the webview not opening up, might be related to wayland/sway man_shrugging

I've applied a similar patch in the AUR repo until this gets released.
