OSD Flickering with hi-res cameras? #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Using as input more than 480TVL cameras (my tests 700TVL)
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Checking on oscilloscope saw that OSD overlays field BY field and NOT in every 
field as if you drive with normal camera (i.e. HERO 2 CVBS out)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
any version.. 

Please provide any additional information below.
Saw a parameter (register VM1) for MAX7456 that says blinking.. default is 4 
67ms.. can go to 2 33ms.. mayby that?

I have just tested a 1200TVL camera with MinimOSD - words fine.  However, a 
700TVL does not work.

This clearly is not something about TVLs - perhaps something about the specific 
700 TVL camera?

Cameras tested:
  1200TVL Sony 1.3 Mega CMOS Sensor Board Camera 2.8mm Lens
  Sony 960H CCD 700TVL Color Board Camera 3.6mm Lens
