make it blink with each received packet #4

blink the neopixel with log level set to DEBUG. Preferably not using time.sleep() but with the binarystate class from vladak/workmon.

Will have to use maximum brightness for this to be noticeable because there is the Radio FeatherWing on top of the Feather.
