Can you describe the problem?
My HUD updater will not connect, although on my alternate computer it will 
connect without issues.

What steps will reproduce it?

What's your installation path? #(you should blank out your username)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\

Where do you run the Updater from?
My desktop

What system do you use? #(xp, win7, win8, 64/32bit)
My main is 8.1 64bit and alt is 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
