Should be done:

Implement encryption and decryption of *users_data.csv file
First time and each time started application require admin password to be used for encryption/decryption of file.
File should be protected from unpredicted deleting (ex. root only may remove file)
Implement backup functionality (copy *users_data.csv if save place)
