Configuration Methods should also be shown in the test tree #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Define some @BeforeXXX and @AfterXXX methods
2. Run tests
3. See them mentioned.

Currently the plugin will report "55 of 59" methods as being run because
its including in its total count the configuration methods.

However, the count is not being incremented when configuration methods are
finished, and they're also not shown in the display.
