This project is using data on building damage in the region that is hit by Gorkha earthquake to predict damage degree caused by earthquakes to buildings in Nepal. This is a very amazing report mostly focuses on data processing, visualization and cleaning.

The data analysis are solid and thorough with well-plotted graphs. I really like the later histograms and interpretation. Also, the correlation matrix are readable and clear. It is obvious that the group made more graphs than the ones listed, and they selected the best graphs that shows the key relations.

However, there are still space for improvement. Since it is limited to that place, it is hard to generalize to other earthquakes. Also, the preliminary regression can be more detailed(what is the R^2?, what are the coefficients? do you need regulation.) Also, for further steps, what are the other models you are considering?

There is a separate section in the report called "Further Steps" where we explain what other models we will use.
