The project is about evaluating the Gorkha earthquake in Nepal which has been noted as one of the most severe earthquakes for the past few years.

The data used by the project group is called the "Richter's Predictor: Modeling Earthquake Damage" which was collected through surveys. Although this topic may be somewhat difficult to take a grasp of, the group does an excellent job in introducing the topic in an understandable manner in their introduction followed by sufficient visualizations that let us know the severity of the disaster. I also like the features the group decides to use in displaying the severity and analyzing the damage grade depending on them as it appears these would be the features people would consider intuitively.

The model selection and the numbers suggest that the regularization and the regression was done appropriately. Also, the group uses three models for this figure, which helps the readers understand the focus of the project by explaining these figures in great detail.

Overall, I think the paper is written very cleanly with a topic that may have got some people lost. The visualizations are great and the explanation was done almost perfectly.
