options for run server host (i.e. ip addres/name) port (i.e. 7000) #9

would it be possible to extend the settings for this plugin to include host (i.e. ip addres/name) port (i.e. 7000) for the Django run server command?

Done, I've submitted a pull request with the fix and waiting for merge

Thank you. I did try it out and its working well. One small thing, i needed to restart Sublime after update for the plugin to work with the new settings. But i guess this is how it is... Anyways Thank you very much, as i did already say - Great Job.
