Translation tool for emails?

I need to translate several foreign language emails into English every day. Is there a tool or a way to translate these messages within Electronmail?

There is no convenient way to do so at the moment. Browser extensions support is not enabled in the app, nor there is support for custom context menu actions or/and plugins.
