It is not archieved yet to make the pulses after IRF8313 the same to motor driver ones.

Take a look on the driver - which type of transistor is there? Look to the datasheet and find the waveform diagram.

The problem was in low amplitude of pulses (fixed after setting voltage on power supply to 12V). Also force of motor depends of pulses period (piezo resonance) which is slightly different for different motors.(See "Force measurements" issue/b>).
