[Extension]: Incompatible extension SD-CN-Animation #817

Issue Description

After installing SD-CN-Animation from the official index, there are double entries in the main menue and the gui is unresponsive.

Checking the extensions Issues-Site hints, that the option --gradio-queue should be used for starting up the web-ui, but my attempts to use this option failed.

note on gradio queue is obsolete as its been enabled by default both here and in a1111 for a while by default. seems there are some incompatibilities with the extension in general, i'll take a look separately, but that is not a high priority item unless extension author jumps in.
