Hi,thanks for your work! I want to know if it's possible to perform 3D gaze tracking.

Not sure what you consider a 3D gaze tracking? But answer is likely no as gaze tracking is inherently unreliable given the small input.

For high quality gaze tracking there would have to be a camera per each eye that creates a high resolution image of just the eye.
