non-standard value for cursor #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- expected: valid css
- see: validation fails

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- 0.8

Please provide any additional information below.
- in form.css, line 23, cursor: hand. This is non-standard and works in
IE5/5.5 only. All other browsers know the cursor: pointer instead .
