[ ] worflows should be under folder /execution_workflows
[ ] tool Snakemake should be usedfor defining workfows, as described in paper and short tutorial
[ ] installing Snakemake dependeces via poetry should be used under separate workflows section - similarely to docs section
[ ] document for installingl should have aditional option --with workflows in the respective codeblock

I think that worklows should be within subfolder workflows of this project - that helps integrated development of novel methods
