Height issue with the sidebar menu from the documentation (herokuapp) #150

Hey guys,

I just noticed that the calculating of the height for the left sidebar/menu doesn't work properly. I'm using macOS Sierra in Version 10.12.2 (16C67) and could reproduce the issue with the latest stable version of Safari, Chrome, Opera and Firefox.

Easiest fix would be to set the .toc > .ui.menu min height to 100%
