Visual Bug when viewing O2 Wizards in XP #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
when running O2 Wizards in XP there seems to be some weird GUI problems 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
for example:
 - the 'Next' Buttons are not completely shown
 - the top rigth image is not scaled properly 
 - the panel doesn't seem to have filled OK

Note: this only seems to happen in Windows XP
