Title?
Submit bugs directly from within any of the O2 modules 
Description?
On the Help menu it would be cool to have a text box that I could fill in 
with a description of any problem the user experienced or something 
thought of that would add value.  The entry would be added to the website, 
and the only data sent from the user would be the text he/she entered. 

Why?
Because a nex generation tool deserves next generation defect tracking.
