Make it run again #2

The whole intention behind this PR is to make it compile and run in intellij platform 2024.1. I tested it quite briefly on intellij idea ultimate 2024.1 - It was not tested in community version, nor with clion.

Also pluginSinceBuild and pluginUntilBuild properties are a bit of mystery for me and have to be validated before release.

Let me know if you spot any problems.

I found a fork which contains more up to date commits and based new PR #4 on it. All improvements from this PR where recreated in the latter. No need for this PR to be merged.
