update thirdparty-freebsd-aarch64 to commit 08a4c52de3 #51

Prior to updating tcc on FreeBSD aarch64, I would get the following error when using tcc:

cc: tcc: error: Unknown relocation type for got: 541
=================================================================

The thirdparty-freebsd-aarch64 branch had not been updated in 2 years so this brings it more up to date.
