Make search caseinsensitive. #88

I can't find UI libraries with this query: https://vpm.vlang.io/search?q=Ui

:+1: for this. Could be either insensitive or smart-cased(insensitive as long as small letters are entered, case-sensitive when the query includes uppercase letters).
