vpm enhancements

To help vlang continue to grow, maybe some enhancements can be made to vpm webpage to help developers find existing modules. Some ideas: Add a search bar to find a specific module Allow filtering based on keywords / predefined tags Maybe short description next to module name

There is a search bar, but it doesn't seem to work.
