Make a gallery of examples showcasing the functionalities of the repo. Use the toy_observation as a starting point.

[ ] A single Gaussian spectrum - parameter estimation.
[ ] A line detection experiment - model selection of a single Gaussian component.
[ ] A double-peaked Gaussian component - parameter estimation.
[ ] Model selection for a double-peaked ammonia spectrum.

Also, write up examples/tests for spectral cubes with more advanced usage:

[ ] Evidence ratio maps (e.g. the line detection odds ratio map!).
[ ] Bayesian Model Averaged number of line of sight components.
[ ] Bayesian Model Averaged total column density.
