I did Have crashes, may bee because removeObserver no called in dealloc?

I think removeObserve in this https://github.com/vlasov/CCBottomRefreshControl/blob/master/Classes/UIScrollView%2BBottomRefreshControl.m#L263 calls are not always, after leaving scrollView page
