Doc links are unreachable

As of now, all links pointing to 
http://archlinux.folding-maps.org/2009/funcparserlib/ are unreachable - and 
that's most of docs. Can you please consider hosting all docs on the main 
project site?

mpiscml, thanks for your report. The server with docs is no longer active. I 
want to convert docs into the Sphinx format and host them statically on my new 
server.

The sources of the docs are available in the docs/ folder inside the project 
repository.
