Server sent event stream should get re-created if the connection is destroyed
Mobile browsers aggressively terminate connections, test there
If we try to send data to the server and fail, we should accumulate it all till we can next send (well we just hold nextSeq steady)

Done and done.

EventSources are automatically re-connected by the browser.

The one thing we were missing was forcing a manual reconnect on version mismatch.
