fix FindVLE.cmake & FindGVLE.cmake #39

don't search for VLE_LIBRARY_DIRS or GVLE_LIBRARY_DIRS fix #37 for case of vle install in /usr

Ok. But before I merge this pull, can you check the behaviour of VLE in local installation directory (e.g. /home/homer/usr, /usr and /usr/local) for Unix with several version of CMake and under Win32 portage ?

on test et on posera un autre patch plus tard avec ronan...
