output: julian day options does not work #54

The julian day option does not work, the corresponding colum is not generated

It would seem that none of the options are working when the simulation is run from gvle, all options are handled fine when the same simulation is run from console.

for example using the 2CV-parcelle.vpz from 2CV pkg, when run from gvle .dat files without julian-day are produced. the same simulation run with vle -P 2CV 2CV-parcelle.vpz produce .csv files with julian-day column (which are the options defined in the vpz)

I prepare a patch on vle for fixing this bug
