Answers with rating responses need to store relatively.

Example: 1) How did you rate this lab? a) 1 b) 2 c)3 d) 4 e) 5 f) 6 g) 7 h)8 i)9 j) 10

If the option is 'g' Answer need to be stored as 7/10 instead of 7
