Defect Description: In the Workshop Documents page of Documents,the view option is missing instead the 'view' option should be placed inorder to view a particular document by the NC.

Actual Result: In the Workshop Documents page of Documents,the view option is missing.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM , Processor:i5,

Replace the header download to "Action"

Removed headings for all the buttons because button actions are self explanatory.
