QA_Admin_Add doc #15

Defect Description: In the Add doc page of manage documents,initially if we don't enter the name and if we click on the upload button an error message is displayed on the screen and then if we enter the valid name in the name field still the error message is displaying on the screen where the error message should not be displayed on the screen

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM , Processor:i5
