Defect Description: In the dash board, the count of the Participants is not displayed instead the no:of Participants attended should be displayed on the OC dashboard.

Actual Result: In the dash board, the count of the Participants is not displayed even if we add the Participants details

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM , Processor:i5

Only approved workshop's details will be show in dashboard in all other scenarios as well(OC,NC and Admin)
