Defect Description: In the Manage Nodal Coordinator page, the header fields for the Edit and Delete buttons are not placed in order where the header fields should be placed correct and should be unique in all the scenarios(like Manage Nodal Centres,Manage workshops)

Actual Result: In the Manage Nodal Coordinator page, the header fields for the Edit and Delete buttons are not placed in order

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM , Processor:i5

Instead of Actions as header, it can be edit and delete as headers and corresponding to the NC 'Click Here' button can be placed I suggest the same for the remaining scenarios
