QA_OC_Add Workshop #35

Defect Description: When we click on the Add workshop button of Manage workshops, create workshops page is opened but by default the error messages are displaying on the screen where the error message should not be displayed on the screen without/before entering the invalid data

Actual Result: When we click on the Add workshop button of Manage workshops, create workshops page is opened but by default the error messages are displaying on the screen

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM , Processor:i5
