Defect Description: In the Add workshop page of manage workshops, when we click on the date field the date-picker pop-up is not displayed on the screen instead the date-picker pop-up box should be displayed on the screen .

Actual Result: In the Add workshop page of manage workshops, when we click on the date field the date-picker pop-up is not displayed on the screen.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM , Processor:i5

Just a result of slow loading of Jquery UI added a local copy so it will work fine from now on.
