Defect Description: In the Manage Outreach Coordinator page the font and the alignment of the numbers should be placed in proper order where the font and the alignment of the numbers are in disorder.

Actual Result: In the Manage Outreach Coordinator page, the font and the allignment of the numbers are in disordert.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM , Processor:i5,

as per our discussion the font of the numbers should be changed as the font of the numbers is not changed we are re-opening this issue, same for all the scenarios in the portal

1.Last active and created time is not as per the requirement displaying in GMT+0530 (IST) format 2.Number format in the email column for all the OC's is not clear and maintain an unique number format through out the portal 3.Header field is missing for the delete option

All the fonts are changed across the application to support better number formats.
