Defect Description: In the add document page of Manage documents, when we upload an txt,doc,docx format files and if we click on the upload button an error message is displayed on the screen instead the uploaded files should be saved .

Actual Result: In the add document page of Manage documents, when we upload an txt,doc,docx format files and if we click on the upload button an error message is displayed on the screen.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM , Processor:i5,

Now it allows txt, doc, docx format also in the above screenshot the file format is .tex not .txt
