Defect Description:
In the add document page of Manage documents, the workshop name, uploaded date OC name(the person who conducted that particular workshop) is missing instead they should be displaced in the page.
Actual Result:
In the add document page of Manage documents, the workshop name, uploaded date OC name(the person who conducted that particular workshop) is missing.
