Defect Description: When we enter the name in the name field without upload a document and click on upload it is redirecting to the documents details page.Instead it should display an error as upload the document.

Actual Result: When we enter the name in the name field without upload a document and click on upload it is redirecting to the documents details page.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM , Processor:i5 Data: supported formats .pdf, .doc, jpg, ppt, xls
