Defect Description: In the dash board page, when we click on the workshops link it is not redirecting to the workshops page instead it should redirect to the workshops page and the list of workshops shopuld be displayed on the screen or the link pointer on the workshops should be removed .

Actual Result: In the dash board page, when we click on the workshops link it is not redirecting to the workshops page.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM , Processor:i5,

This is not listed in scenario only for admin user this functionality required.
