QA_OC_Manage workshop #91

Defect Description: In the create Workshop page of Manage workshops, the Participating Institutes name field is accepting only the alphabetical characters but the name of the Institutes may contain special characters also like IIIT-H,IIT-B ,so the Participating Institutes name field should accept alphabetical characters and spacial characters but not only numerals and special characters.

Actual Result: In the create Workshop page of Manage workshops, the Participating Institutes name field is accepting only the alphabetical characters but the name of the Institutes may contain special characters also like IIIT-H,IIT-B.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM , Processor:i5,

when we enter coma(,) between the institute names it is not accepting or the valid format(eg) should be displayed at the column
