Displayed Service not available error (404 error) for some labs #183

The following labs are not accessible from vlabs landing pages. 1) Advanced Mechanics Virtual Lab - physc05 2) Physical Sciences - physc15 3) Virtual Microwave Lab - physc14 4) Electromagnetic Theory - ece42

1) Advanced Mechanics Virtual Lab - Not Available Lab is not hosted 2) Virtual Microwave Lab - Not Available Lab is not hosted

3) Physical Sciences - http://phy14-iiith.vlabs.ac.in 4) Electromagnetic Theory - http://emt-iiith.vlabs.ac.in These (3rd and 4th) two labs are hosted on AWS but the labs are in the stopped state. Because these two labs are having issues with the simulations/experiments. Simulations/experiments are not working in both the labs. @sravanthimodepu has confirmed it.
