Remove 'SignIn' and 'Register' buttons in Themeless OpenedX platform #60

Remove 'SignIn' and 'Register' buttons in Themeless OpenedX platform. As these buttons are limited to OpenedX labs whereas Vlabs portal has SignIn and Register buttons common to all labs. Hence the same has to be removed.
