Add JS functions only for course route #26

JS functions to support submitting feedback and usage are appended in nginx only for the course route

Earlier the JS functions were appended for default route /. This has the effect of adding the content to the url that is causing page not found (404) error. By appending the support functions only for the route courses, this problem is solved.
