Navigation issues #6

  1. labs should open in a new tab.
  2. Views should be cached, if possible.
  3. Labs should be marked to indicate status: working, partly working, under construction/repair.
  4. Some institute logos should be resized and aligned.
  5. Contact address should say support@vlabs.ac.in
  6. virtual-labs.ac.in, vlabs.ac.in and vlab.co.in should all point to the same server.
