Defect Description:When we click on the 'Lecture' link which is placed corresponding to 'Quantum Chemistry Lab', it is redirecting to the same page instead it should redirect to the Lecture page

Actual Result:When we click on the 'Lecture' link which is placed corresponding to 'Quantum Chemistry Lab', it is redirecting to the same page

Based on meeting with Priya, Lalit and Saurabh 1.Labs which are having lecture videos should be placed on the top and the rest of the labs should be placed below 2.Lecture logo should be removed for the labs which are not having lecture videos
